Paul Harris is an internationally recognized project controls expert, author, and trainer with over 20 years of experience optimizing tools like Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. A Certified Cost Engineer and PRINCE2 Practitioner, he is a leading authority on project systems and software adoption. Paul is currently serving as the COO of ClinkIT Solutions.

Edgar Deocadiz, or "Edge," is the Head of Engineering (Philippines) at Burt Intelligence, where he oversees the strategic growth and operational excellence of a multi-disciplinary engineering team. With over two decades of experience in the tech industry, Edge has worked with organizations ranging from agile startups to global enterprises. He specializes in building high-performance, collaborative technology teams across diverse sectors, including Banking, Insurance, Fintech, and most recently, Adtech.

Ms. Cathrene Amante holds a Master's degree in Technology Management from the University of the Philippines Diliman and a Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness Management from the University of the Philippines Los Baños. As the Section Chief, she currently focuses on business development by organizing startup-related activities, leading the university's incubator, and managing academe-industry collaboration activities. She also continuously participates in initiatives in university intellectual property promotion.
